The expansions added way more playability in most cases. Not just new player models or a couple maps
It's easier for you to put on a jacket than for somebody else to take off their shirt. Even if you think it is too cold, somebody else can think it is too hot.

“It is ahead of a 8+ year old browser that was pre-installed on currently the most used OS, XP.So I still have to call it a good accomplishment. They have a ways to go though. It will overtake IE soon enough. The Google OS coming out will be huge. Mainly from taking away IE users and putting them into Chrome, but anything that isn't IE is good.

a policeman asks: "Are you drunk?" man says "no ".... policeman asks:" Are you sober? " man says "no "..., and a policeman," what are you? " man says, "just as it should".
You realize fuel cell vehicles are electric? Its just that a fuel cell produces electricity with a continuous flow of reactants (hydrogen and air (oxygen)) instead of oxidation-reduction reaction in a battery. I still think its more promising than battery tech in the short to medium term since batteries lose charge over time and wear out while fuel cells produce the same amount of electric current regardless of fuel level much like a gasoline or diesel engine (unlike batteries where current output and subsequently power will drop in many cases as the battery gets closer to depletion although this may not be as relevant for more modern batteries).!

Aerosmith should have quit after Permanent Vacation. That was there last album of any kind of quality and even that pales in comparison to Toys in the Attic and Rocks.?
Yeah the nVidia x86 rumours won't go away, mainly due to the perception that they basically have to do a CPU to remain competitive now that AMD/ATI are one and Intel are moving in to the GPU sector. NV had a brief dalliance with VIA, but then realised VIA doesn't have enough clout. Expect to see more mobile related stuff (e.g. Tegra partnered with ARM chips) and maybe an x86 mobile processor (for smartphones et al). I doubt they'll hit the mainstream desktop, laptop CPU market, at least not straightaway. |

The UN Human Rights Council is a joke. Look at its membership:http://www2.ohchr.org/english/bodies/hrcouncil/mem ...The overwhelming majority of these countries are opaque societies that have no regard for human rights. China is on there! China, who has millions of political prisoners! Just read the list of countries on this commission and consider whether it deserves an ounce of credibility.

There are other forms of nuclear propulsion that don't require large weapon detonations and can be used to leave the atmosphere without leaving excess radiation lying around. They're also like many times more efficient than liquid and solid fuel rockets; for example, single stage to orbit is feasible with nuclear thermal engines.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_thermal_propu ...Once you're in space, though, you need an electrical drive, as nuclear thermal shoots large amounts of gas off the back of your space vehicle somewhat slowly, which isn't an efficient use of mass, while an electrical (ion/VASIMR/plasma) drive shoots small amounts of mass off the back end of the ship very quickly like near the speed of light, which is very efficient. A nuclear reactor is an ideal power source, especially when you're not near the sun.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ion_thrusterhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VASIMRYour friendly anti-nuclear dupes (who are also responsible for hindering the only real solution to global warming - nuclear power - which doesn't produce any CO2) are why NASA doesn't do more research of this type. The US used to do lots of nuclear space propulsion research. Thank the anti-nuclear movement for killing it.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NERVAhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_PrometheusThus, the Russians are the world leaders. Instead, NASA only has one destination for humans - low Earth orbit. Maybe the Moon, in like 20 years. Maybe Mars, in a century.
