Personally I don't think any one country should build it. It should be a combined effort. In a perfect world that would allow for a flow of ideas and technology breakthroughs that could be shared and better design would be the end result.

That'll be pretty cool to see that in February at Vancouver. I never knew speed skating brought in that many medals. What I don't get is if people are so concerned about winning the most medals, you'd expect them to pay attention to sports like speed skating which have the potential to bring in many medals rather than something that only brings in one or two.
