For 95% of situations where cops use a taser, they don't need it, and sometimes they pull it out even when they don't need it as a threat of violence. I, personally, would rather get punched in the gut to "subdue me" than get hit by a taser. Thus, I say take away that power or make them more accountable for their actions.
