How is the title misleading? It says 50% of US kids WILL receive, not DO (currently) receive.
Agreed. That's the only one I laughed at.

I'm sorry, but X-rays more important than DNA? That's a joke. What we have learned from DNA already is astounding and cuts across several scientific fields, and it's only the tip of the iceberg. Genetic engineering has almost unlimited potential, and already is a powerful tool..
You're not wrong, but it says that right in the article. That was why you were likely dugg down.!

Capitalism is not the problem here, human greed is. You're using a site that is funded by capitalism.?

Correlation between stores, internet connections, the distance between the store and said internet connection, and finally the quality of service of the internet connection being... what?So confused.

@settlesdown: The constitution does not say that you need to have insurance on your car either, but liability is required by law (at a minimum) in every state. Without this, costs could run huge and people would not be protected. Why is health insurance any different? Are car insurance requirements unconstitutional? If I slip fall through the ceiling today and need life saving surgery, does my family deserve to have to file bankruptcy because I wasn't employed at the time and can't afford the $100k bill? Why should not everyone be required to pay into a system that protects individuals and health care providers against this?
