Yes, we do. Very quietly, some MLS teams out-perform NBA and NHL teams in attendance. You probably don't know this because your average American MLS soccer fan prefers the scene we enjoy vs. the major American sports scene (ie: terrible announcing, commercials every 40 seconds, "athletes" that are really overpaid *****, etc.). We take the sport and the teams we chose to be loyal to very seriously. And we're very happy that the MLS has been and continues to grow without your support. It's more word-of-mouth, which makes growth slower, but the fan base much more loyal.It's difficult for your average American sports fan with the attention span of a cucumber to pick a local MLS team and follow/understand how the points system works, international tournaments, World Cup qualifying, club teams vs. national teams, etc. I happen to be a big fan of the Houston Dynamo. They play in MLS, competed the past 2 - 3 years in the CONCACAF Champion's League, SuperLiga, and other international club tournaments. My favorite Dynamo players are frequently called up to play on the US Men's National Team (which is actually really good this time around) so I follow them too. But in my experience, an NFL or MLB fan (from anywhere other than Boston/NYC for MLB or Dallas/NYC/Philly for NFL) is so fair-weather, they'd drop their support as soon as they watched a 0-0 tie.We're happy, and I know I'm taking the bait by replying to your douche-y remark because bashing soccer is the cool thing to do (we're all very impressed by the way), but just thought you should know.!

Yes, let's ignore the real problems and blame the ***** who gets publicity for airing his spite... How about the rampant political leeching on the productive or regulation that creates the incentive for moving jobs elsewhere, or trying to cap or fix wages, or give the big players an advantage by lobbying for beneficial deals and rules with government. Solve one of THOSE issues.

That's true except people are saying the beam scatters too much at distance - no matter how you zoom the lens of a camera is just a few inches wide and it's easily able to overcome the sensor, which fives you some idea what the strength would be hitting a human eye.
