with DOA physics.
And this one will be BETTER. With a bigger engine, brighter headlights, and LASERS!And one day, the two chairs will meet along an isolated stretch of road and the two will battle it out like an '80s action TV show!

I wonder when PETA will issue a statement against that dastardly eagle.?
While this may not be incorrect, it is completely unnecessary on a memorial. Like others have said, why doesnt it say "murdered by christian extremists" on the Ok. city memorial? |

I had a similar situation. I wanted to watch a particular movie on my main television. I went to two local stores and they didn't have any copies. Amazon had it for video on demand, but were charging pretty much the same price as they were charging for the dvd (wtf?), and I wouldn't have been able to watch it out in my living room on my television anyway.Just out of curiosity, I looked around a bit, and quickly found that I could download pirated copies of the movie without problem. And I could even have my choice of formats (hi-def, etc). And if I went with the pirated copy, I would be able to burn it onto a dvd and watch it in my living room. In the end, it was getting late and I just decided to say screw it, skipped getting the movie, and just played a video game.It did make me think though. I had money in hand, and just wanted to watch this movie in my living room. The pirates were the ones who were willing to make this happen. The article talks about sleek websites and such. It's called service. It's a wake up call that your model just isn't working any more. The best thing they can do to stop piracy is just provide better (or at least comparable) service than the pirates (see Hulu for example).

Yes.. we know what a trademark is, but that's not really the point here, is it?The grown-ups are talking about the app stores notoriously unreliable approval process. Its a real thorn in the side for software developers. Now run along child, your mother is calling...

That actually happened with me a couple of times at least. The problem is, I posed enough to get used to it and then I got comfortable. Some of the long poses were reclined (laying down) and I'd fall asleep. Big problem there, because you can start dreaming or day dreaming. Then there were the poses that were frontal and where I was looking up or away. If I was feeling neurotic that day, I might start thinking something like "Ok, whatever you do, don't think about sex. Holy Jesus, stop thinking about sex!" And of course, then I couldn't tell if it was growing or not because I couldn't see and that just made it worse and I'd have to count to 100 several times over. When I did it, it was during a break in a relationship that was caused in part by my girlfriend going to see a male stripper with a cousin for her birthday. I was a good Catholic boy (as you can tell by my reluctance to use the word "penus" in this reply) and I don't even hang out with guys who are into strippers and don't find strip shows attractive, so that bothered me. Well, I was at dinner with some friends during this break in our relationship, when one of my friends mentioned that he was teaching a drawing class and that it paid well. So, I said what the hell, why not. I mostly needed to do something to get the relationship off my mind. Later, that girlfriend and I wound up getting back together. Shortly afterwards, she miraculously began to understand my pain over the stripper incident as I mentioned my new experience in passing. Women seem better able to compartmentalize this kind of stuff though and she seemed able to live with it, even though it really bothered her if it came up.Looking back, I wish I were a little more ballsy at the time. I would have cracked up (or embarrassed) all the art students by making Mr Happy dance or spelling out words with it or maybe coming out wearing a colorful condom or something. Even better might have been coming out of the dressing room to pose with a few sheets of toilet paper hanging out my crack and acting oblivious to it.You might think this is a little strange, but when everyone in the room is comfortable with you being the only naked person in the room, it's no big deal. It's what I call "situational nudity". It was expected and everyone there was completely used to it, even if I wasn't at first. It's like when I was a nurse and patients that I cared for were nude or semi-naked. It was what was expected in that situation, so it wasn't abnormal. (I was sick before -- with horrible food poisoning -- and all modesty about anything is out the window in situations like that). I think everyone should try it at least once (posing, not food poisoning). And don't worry, the art students appreciate having a variety of subjects. I remember one of them complaining when I was there about how they wished there were more heavy people coming to pose instead of so many skinny ones.
