| ""Do you realize President Obama was against that amendment, and his administration was against that amendment?" Vitter asked."But I'm not asking Obama, I'm asking you, senator," the woman said.At that point, Vitter walked briskly away from the woman and out of the town hall."If the blame game fails, run. The classic spineless coward way out. |

damn.. I must have hit some nerves there. It would appear that none of you fools read past the first paragraph, let alone discern the actual message there. My point is confirmed. Extremism is only bad when it's not on "your side". I find it funny you use the term hypocrite.. Jesus helped the poor, Republicans help themselves. I want my taxes to go towards taking care of my fellow Americans when they need it. Republicans want taxes to be cut, and screw those who can't help themselves. We brag about how we provide Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, but then tell someone they can't get married because their idea of love is different. Those of you who insist on maintaining some idiot status quo are the hypocrites. While in theory this is a free country, in practice it is becoming less and less as such. It is more often based on lies designed to keep mindless sheep making money for your owners, and then tossed aside into poverty when they are no longer useful. So go ahead.. call me an unappreciative ass if it makes you feel better. At least I can think for myself and realize that we have some serious issues. Perhaps when you can admit that the point I tried to make in my initial post has some validity, I will give you some credit as more than a bleating puppet.
Didnt Futurama predict this?

“I'm severely conflicted on this point. I have the Netflix streaming service thru a Roku box (and, soon, it'll be on the Nintendo Wii as well.) My experiences with a measly 3Mb DSL connection prove the "anti" guy wrong by a mile - once the buffer is full, the movies (or TV episodes) stream smooth as buttah. Yes, there isn't surround sound. Boo-f'in-hoo. Maye this is a situation where "cinema geeks" shouldn't apply. But......about a decade ago, a colleague that was a consultant in Hollywood predicted just this happening. He said..."Hollywood hates DVDs. They want you to pay for *every viewing* of a program. No longer will you 'own' a film, you will pay a license fee every time you want to watch it."Now I do realize that this is not where Netflix is right now, but it could easily be converted to that. Amazon's streaming service is also resident on the Roku box, and that is *exactly* what it is - a virtual DVD rental service that - once you cough up your $4 - you get 24 hours to watch that title. That strikes me as kinda spendy. Or you can "buy" a movie to "own" forever, even though you have no physical media of it. As a test, I bought "Idiocracy." But if Amazon dies, or discontinues the service, or the pipes go down, what have I bought? Nuthin'.Like I said: Severely conflicted.

"Ferrari is said to be using the system to benefit handling and not to improve fuel efficiency". Phew - I was worried for a second there might be plans afoot for a Ferrari version of fat-free vegetarian bacon..
Why would astronomy be a profession that attracts more homosexuals? I can understand maybe with cosmetology...!

Too bad there's no street view. Maybe you could catch a glimpse of a changing Aes Sedai.?
I love the GG soundtracks, and Isuka is mostly par for the series. But I have to wonder why he chose that specific track, since it isn't one of the stronger ones in my opinion.Should've gone with, say, Drumhead Pulsation:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7ADJTxtHQI |

They can certainly do it, and Apple's model is a good one. They don't have to do it 100% *nix, but run on top of it.The only problem is that their OS is incredibly dominant and they really do have some of the lead in areas of development. Do they really want to give that up?
