Oh please fasda, are we going down this road again? How can somebody be occupying Gaza when they aren't even physically there? The UN has been trying to undo its 'mistake of 48' for years now. Somehow it must bow to international pressure, no matter how valid the opinions behind such pressure actually is. Israel has its hands full with settlers, I don't think it needs to truck anymore in. Did you know that the Israeli government often goes into these people's homes and evicts them in the middle of the night?
