Yeah, train suicide is definitely a problem over there. I've witnessed a Japanese guy throwing himself in front of the train not two feet away from me. One second he was standing next to me, and the next he was flailing on the tracks trying to keep people from pulling him up. Luckily someone hit the emergency button and stopped the train, but it was pretty shocking to see up close. I doubt the lights are going to help much though, but you never know.!

Well you are just flat out WRONG!Federal prisons were estimated to hold 179,204 sentenced inmates as of Sept. 30, 2007. Of these, 15,647 were incarcerated for violent offenses, including 2,915 for homicide, 8,966 for robbery, and 3,939 for other violent crimes. In addition, 10,345 inmates were serving time for property crimes, including 504 for burglary, 7,834 for fraud, and 2,006 for other property offenses. A total of 95,446 were incarcerated for drug offenses. Team to spend the least amount of money on their team relative to what they make over the last 17 years?The Pittsburgh Pirates.Again, I'm all for hard salary caps, as long as there's also salary minimums. There are too many owners who cry poverty to their fans, then pocket the luxury tax money. The Steinbrenners are not *nearly* the richest owners in baseball. They just make more from baseball than other owners make *from baseball*. So what does that tell you? Owners run their team like a business! They have the money to spend, but they simply don't want to because they don't think it's a good business bet. You won't see me shedding a tear for super rich owners who refuse to spend money on their team. GO YANKEES!!!!
